2004 COB Modules

The 2004 COB Module is a 20‑character by 4‑line alphanumeric LCD module built with Chip‑on‑Board (COB) technology. With 80 total characters (double the lines of a 1602), it is ideal for applications that require more information display – multi‑level menus, status messages, data logs, or parameter setting screens – without moving to a costly graphic display. COB construction mounts the driver IC directly onto a PCB and encapsulates it in epoxy, resulting in a rugged, serviceable module that withstands vibration, humidity, and industrial environments.
