Rugged COB Construction
The driver IC is wire‑bonded to the PCB and encapsulated in black epoxy, providing superior protection against moisture, dust, and vibration. Unlike COG (Chip‑on‑Glass) where the IC is exposed on the glass, COB modules are ideal for industrial, medical, and automotive applications that demand long‑term reliability.
Customizable PCB Shape – No More Envelope Constraints
Standard 122×32 modules have a fixed PCB size. We can redesign the PCB to any shape:
