Due to significant changes in the global supply chain and raw material markets, effective immediately, most products will require a price re-evaluation before unit prices can be confirmed and contracts finalized. As a result, we are no longer able to accept orders or execute contracts based on previously quoted prices.
Current market conditions have led to widespread shortages and price increases for electronic components and related materials. Since the end of last year:
* PCB material costs have increased by approximately RMB 100 per square meter, representing a 45% rise for materials of equivalent specifications.
* Wire and cable prices have increased by 15%–25%.
* Prices for components such as resistors, diodes, and transistors have risen significantly.
* Capacitor prices have doubled, accompanied by severe supply shortages.
To continue meeting customer requirements while responding responsibly to market conditions, we must re-evaluate pricing for COG dot-matrix displays, TFT color displays, OLED displays, and display modules incorporating PCBs before accepting orders or signing contracts.
Exceptions may apply to certain discontinued LCD models and backlight products, for which we are making every effort to maintain existing pricing despite minimal margins.
We kindly ask all customers to confirm the latest pricing with our sales team before placing an order. As a general principle, we will strive to maintain current pricing for existing customers whenever possible. Where adjustments are unavoidable, any increase will be limited strictly to the extent necessary to reflect actual cost changes.
