Hollow Type LED Backlight Modules

As a true LCD display factory, Bolong LCD designs and produces Hollow Type LED Backlight Modules entirely in‑house. Unlike conventional edge‑lit or solid light guide backlights, our hollow cavity design uses reflective optics and an air gap to achieve superior brightness, uniformity, and long‑term reliability – especially in large sizes (7″ to 32″) where solid light guides become heavy, expensive, and prone to thermal deformation. We control the entire process: LED selection, cavity molding, reflective film lamination, and driver circuit design.
Bolong LCD's first division produces TFT color screens for demanding outdoor applications. By combining our TFT with our custom Hollow Type LED Backlight Module (manufactured in‑house), we deliver a display that remains perfectly readable under direct sunlight, even in extreme heat or cold. The hollow backlight's superior heat dissipation prevents brightness loss over time – critical for EV charging piles that operate 24/7. We also offer circuit board design and embedded program development for complete system integration.
